Our fees are negotiated at the time of listing a home. We promise transparency and our team discusses all aspects of the listing with each seller including but not limited to the marketing plan and pricing strategy, the value of hiring us, what services we pay for on behalf of the seller, a detailed breakdown of seller expenses with estimated proceeds and an explanation of how commission splits generally work. The seller can then make an informed decision as to what they feel is "FAIR" and adequate compensation for the professional REALTOR services. Compensation is typically not paid until closing. Our Guarantee is simple and easy, if our fee isn't proven to be competitive for the services we're offering we will renegotiate services AND/OR our commission so the seller is happy because we believe this is a relationship business first and we Define SOLD Together with every client! We will explain in greater detail during our pre-listing discussions with you.
